    William C. Hacker

    President & CEO

    President and CEO of Arbor Insurance Group since 2000, Bill Hacker has been working in the insurance business for over 30 years. Bill is a Penn State graduate. 

    Eric B. Blew

    Chief Financial Officer

    An Independent Insurance Agent since 1979, Eric Blew focuses on business insurance in the areas of technology, banking, and professional services. He is a Lehigh graduate.

    Bruce D. Kraft, AAI, CIC

    Vice President

    A member of the Arbor team since 2003, Bruce Kraft specializes in business insurance. A Millersville graduate, he has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years.

    Roberta L. Kates, CISR

    Personal Insurance Manager

    An insurance advisor with Arbor since 1984, Roberta Kates specializes in the design and management of personal insurance plans. She is a graduate of LCCC.

    Kathy J. Heffner, CIC

    Commercial Insurance Manager

    A Certified Insurance Counselor since 2006, Kathy Heffner began her insurance career in 1987. Kathy effectively meets customer needs while maintaining the highest level of service.

    Justin Beidleman, CRIS

    Commercial Insurance Advisor

    Part of the Arbor team since 2010, Justin Beidleman serves the business insurance needs of clients in a variety of regional industries. Justin is Kutztown graduate.  

    Stuart Shank

    Commercial Insurance Advisor

    A Kings graduate, Stuart Shank has been with Arbor since 2012. Stuart helps business owners and officers facilitate growth while providing personalized service.

    2005:
    Arbor moves to its present location in the Roma Corporate Center on Cedar Crest Boulevard in Allentown
    2002:
    Arbor Insurance Group, Inc. established when the Butz Hacker Company of Allentown and AIM Insurance Agency of Allentown merge
    2000:
    William H. Hacker retires as president of the Butz Hacker Company; William C. Hacker, his son, succeeds him as president
    1995:
    The Butz Hacker Company formed by the merger of The Butz Company and the William H. Hacker Company
    1992:
    The Butz Company merges with Blew Insurance Agency to form The Butz Company Insurance, Inc. in Emmaus
    1991:
    The previous agencies become the Blew Insurance Agency in Allentown
    1986:
    The Blew/Moyer Agency is formed
    1984:
    The Blew/Symons Insurance Agency is founded
    1981:
    AIM Insurance Agency founded in Allentown
    1981:
    William C. Hacker joins the William H. Hacker Company as a sales associate
    1979:
    Eric B. Blew joins the Frank Reisner Insurance Agency as a producer
    1958:
    The William H. Hacker Company founded in Allentown
