What do I do if a member has an insurance question?
All inquiries should be directed to Arbor Advantage. By law, only a licensed insurance representative can answer coverage questions. Arbor Advantage will do everything to educate the employee not to contact the association with insurance questions. However since these inquiries do happen occasionally, the association will be provided with the service contact number to give to members.
