Arbor client MC Ironworks, a structural steel fabricator in Bath, was part of the team that won a National Steel Bridge Alliance Merit Award in the category of Special Purpose Bridges. The award was for the Hillhouse Pedestrian Bridges at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.

MC Ironworks put a modern twist on a historical 19th-century-style lattice truss bridge designed and created in 1820 by New Haven architect Ithiel Town. The 2012 Prize Bridge Competition is conducted by the National Steel Bridge Alliance (NSBA) to honor outstanding and innovative steel bridges across the United States.
