Chef Steve Kershner’s enthusiasm for cooking began as a child, when he enjoyed cooking with his father who was also a chef. Chef Steve took his natural talents into the workforce and began to develop his unique cuisine at a variety of local restaurants. Chef Steve cites his European travels as a major inspiration for his cuisine and insists on a blend of fresh ingredients, creativity and attention to detail in every dish.
Recognizing his friendly demeanor and enticing meals, Chef Steve was voted “Lehigh Valley’s Favorite Chef” by Lehigh Valley Style readers in 2009 and 2011.
Chef Steve continues to satisfy a growing clientele at the Twisted Olive in Bethlehem.
