Bill Hacker Named Chairman of Advisory Board for LVLB

In December 2015, Penn State University officially opened Lehigh Valley Launchbox in downtown Allentown. LVLB is a new University and community sponsored business accelerator program, and was created as part of the Invent Penn State initiative. Arbor Insurance Group’s President and CEO, Bill Hacker,  is proud to have been named the Chairman of the Advisory Board for this new and exciting program. Bill was asked to serve as Chairman due to his business connections in the Lehigh Valley and his long term association with Penn State as an alum.
